Blazing Saddles Restaurant & Lounge Cookie Spirk and Jim Leslie, residents of Camano Island, have always felt that the area needed a fun, country dance night club with live music and great food. The club offers lessons all popular Western dances. Dancing is available from opening at 4PM in the afternoon until closing (closed Mondays).
